Here is my collection of low carb recipes. I try to keep the net carb count around 12 grams or thereabouts per serving in the recipes.  Any comments for improvement are welcomed and please do let me know if you spot any mistakes. I am using the nutrition calculator on Spark Nutrition to get my nutrition facts but the data is sometimes not so accurate. The nutrition facts I have included are just to give you a rough idea of the carbohydrate count. I usually give and take when counting my carbs.

The recipes look great! I can’t wait to try them. They are not always clear though on the brands of stevia or type such as liquid or powder.

      Hi Ann,
I don’t specify which brand of stevia to use as I don’t think the brand used should make a difference on the outcome. All my recipes use liquid stevia as the powdered version is not sold in Germany in large quantities – only little sachets for coffee. However, powdered stevia does not have a bitter taste like liquid stevia and you could experiment to see how it works for you.
